【Chartered boat】
- Charter boats can depart anytime between 5:30 ～ 7:15pm.
- Each boat can seat a maximum of 70% of the normal passenger limit.
- Eating and drinking are allowed on all charter boats (besides those normally seating 50 people but currently seating 35 people due to restrictions).

Cancellation fees
If you wish to cancel your reservation for boarding, please cancel your reservation immediately.
If you made a reservation on a reservation site: You can cancel your boarding reservation from the reservation site.
If you made a reservation at the counter: You will need to come to Gifu City Cormorant Fishing Observation Boat Office.

If you cancel or do not participate without notice after the tour has departed, you will be required to pay the full boarding fee.
Cancellations due to reasons other than those attributable to Gifu City Cormorant Fishing Observation Boat Office, reduction in the number of passengers, changes to the boarding date, etc. are also subject to cancellation fees.
The cancellation fee will be rounded down to the nearest 100 yen.

We do not accept applications over the phone, so if you are unable to make a reservation online, please come directly to Gifu City Cormorant Fishing Observation Boat Office. Payment of boarding fee is required for reservation. Please have cash or credit card ready.
